Would you use a nickname for one of these names? Leonard & Pippa?

Leo and Pippa, I suppose. I really like Philippa and Pippa a lot - memories of a school friend! - but Leonard is rather cartoonish, a shy lion hiding behind a very small shrub.

I love them individually and as a sibset. I would call them Leo and Pippa but they sound good without nicknames too.
