Anderson is okay, but awfully buttoned-up and preppy. Anse or Ance as a nn isn't terrible, but it does seem contrived and what with the popularity of the TV show, it looks fangirlish even if it isn't.
I'd rather see Andy used as a nn, it's friendly and unassuming but not too childish.
