[Opinions] How would you spell a name pronunced LEE-zuh?
And how do you feel about the sound?
Cat Stevens has a song called "Sad Lisa" (off Tea for the Tillerman), and he pronunces the name with a Z sound. I really like how it sounds--and I think the song itself is gorgeous--but the name wouldn't possibly be pronunced correctly if I spelled it Lisa.

You've thrown the worst fear that can ever be hurled: fear to bring children into the world. For threatening my baby, unborn and unnamed, you ain't worth the blood that runs in your veins.

Lisa
Lise
Leeza.
I'd spell it Leeza
Leeza seems the most phonetic (like Leeza Gibbons, whose name is pronounced LEE-zah), but looks quite kre8tiv imo. :( Maybe Leza or Leiza? Not sure. :-/

I would say Liza, even though many people would probably try to pronounce it LEYE-zah.

Didn't there used to be a talk show host named Leeza?

Yes, there was
If I remember right, it was quite similar to Montel, only with more shocking news topics.
It was hosted by Leeza Gibbons: http://snipurl.com/mrpv.

You are remembering correctly.
I used to watch those all the time. I'd stay home "sick" from school sometimes when I didn't feel like going in and would rather watch shows like that instead. :-) Such academic integrity I had.
