Like the first part of dermatology and the last part of marmot.
It's alright. Seems a little dorky, I think because of the ERM part, which I associate with names like
Herman and Nermal and
Kermit. But it would not matter much, if at all, if I met a real life
Dermot. I'd think it was kinda cool! It's easier than
Declan.
I don't think I'd worry about it fitting in with the other names, because they are a very eclectic mix already.
