To me it would win by default anyway. Jemima, unfortunately, has too much of a "mammy" connotation for me to enjoy its merits as a name.

I think I like Yemima better. I pronounce them very differently. Yemima with an E sound and Jemima with an I - I think Jemima Khan pronounces her name je-MIE-mah.

Not sure I like. It doesn't have the aunt Jemima implication, but I'd prefer Yasmina.

I like the sound of Yemima, but the shape of the name is unappealing to me. I much prefer Jemima.
