August Malachi is adorable! Not feeling the Noah on the end, but 3 names is obviously your thing

Fair enough! I just love the meaning of Noah :)The 3 name thing was kind of an accident- I was searching for the perfect Xanthe combo (my favourite girls name of 8+ years) and I hit upon Xanthe Opal Esther as a way to honor both of my grandmas. It was too prefect, and I couldn't bear to break it up over two girls names, but now all my combos have 2 mns because it would bug me to have it uneven. Doesn't bug me for anyone else's kids, but it would for mine. So, 3 name combos it is!Thanks :)

WowLooking at the comments for Xanthe is amusing. Have you seen the disagreement of the pronunciation? It goes from Zan-thee to shawn-tay.On a related note, does anyone find it annoying when someone uses the argument, "It's my name so I should know how it's pronounced"?

I think, "It's MY name, so I should know how it's spelled" is worse, especially if that person has a yoo-neek spelling and insists up and down that their way is the "right" way. UGH.

Definitely! If its you're name, you might know how YOU pronounce it, but not necessarily how it is supposed to be pronounced. Just because your parents choose the name doesn't mean they are an expert in it, and parents often get the spelling our pronunciation wrong! R

Exactly! If you're pronouncing your name shawn-tay, that just means your parents had no idea how to pronounce it "correctly" and you're just carrying on the wrong way!

I love your naming style! It's so fanciful.

Thanks! I like that way of describing it. I usually go with "eclectic as hell" or "all over the place"!
