The only change I would do is to switch Noah with Sebastian. Noah is my #1 boys name, but the with Sebastian all the names are similar in length and has a nickname. Other than that, I'd name them exactly what I would name any other kids, quads or no quads.

William Per Maximilian "Liam"
Theodore Kieran Felix "Theo"
Sebastian Leo Vilhelm "Sebbe / Seb / Bastian"
Girls:
Alice Anna Seraphina
Nova Britt Isadora

Stella Camilla Elvira
The first MN is honoring, except from Theodore's combo where Theodore is the honoring name.
