I love Tess. It's beautiful and youthful and sweet and mature all at once. It's a shame that it will always be the name of the family's dog for my case.

My Aunt is called Tess. Her full name is Teresa, but she always goes by Tess (I din't even know it was short fpr Teresa until she got married 3 years ago). Therefore I think it s fine as a full name and doesn't have to be a nickname.

It's a bit of a stretch, but I personally like Artemisia "Tess". Also, Theodosia would work I think.

I love Tess and don't like Theresa too! A while ago I just gave up on finding a full name and decided I liked it just fine by itself. If I had to choose a full name though, I'd probably pick Stella. Or maybe Estella. I like both.
