My name is Nevaeh and I really like it because it is unique and different it doesn't mean hell and just because it's Heaven backwards doesn't mean you're a complete saint either God created this beautiful name and it's pronounced na vayah my nickname is vaeh. And it does have meaning to it just because you like dull plain names doesn't mean you should trash talk beautiful ones

bit harsh, there RoxStar. I don't think you'd like your name (and by association, you) being called "junk" just because your parents gave you a name that others consider unusual and not to their liking. We trash names, but we still should remember that they are a real person's name.
And I'm not exempt from this advice myself, either.

I think people are wary of this name because it is quite unique and a little out there for some people. Personally it is not my style, but I will say that it is a very pretty name. I do not think that calling other peoples' taste in 'dull plain names' is right if you want others to respect the type of names you like. Everyone has there own personal taste in names and have there own ideas of what is a beautiful name.
