Hmm...it seems you have the flower theme for girls and the only one I can think of off the top of my head would be Azalea...possibly Azalea Elise, or Azalea Lucia...
Hmmm... For the boys, maybe Isaiah Kurtis? I like Patrick better but since you aren't wanting to use the exact names I'm not sure what to put in place of "Patrick". Also Jedediah might work.
Btw, are you having triplets? Or is this for a story?

Not myself. We are adopting and have said that we would take sibling groups up to three so I wanted to have enough names to cover just in case.

Would they all be really little? It seems strange to get 3 siblings and rename them unless they were under a year old. Most psychologists would advise against that, unless the child themself chose their own name after adoption.
