Noelle, or at least it doesn't seem so to me.
Ephraim: I guess Eff-rum. But I've never had the need to say this.
Ciara: I know that to be true to the Irish origin of the name you should say
Kira, but it's most often pronounced
Sierra here. I even once heard somebody say it See-Ahr-a.
Lucia: Loo-see-a. I only even consider Loosha because somebody I worked with years ago went to St.
Lucia on their honeymoon and said it St. Loosha.
