[Opinions] Re: First instinct pronunciations for these names?

1. No-Elle and no-well sound the same in my accent. A w sound appears in between the No and the Elle even if I try not to say it.
2. I say it more like Eph-rum.
3. I say kee-ar-a. I know one Ciara who pronounces it Sierra, but that's sort of a nickname. Her parents named her kee-ar-a but her grandma always called her Sarah for so
reason, so she hybridized it into Sierra. I don't think it would nory make sense today Ciara that way though (I was confused be her name until I heard the story behind it).
My second pronunciation for Ciara would be keer-a.
