I would pronounce both Yvonne and Evonne as ee-VON. I prefer Yvonne, visually.
I really like Gwen. Gwen Elsabeth doesn't work for me, although I'd love Gwen Elisabeth. Funny how one little 'i' can make all the difference!
I seem to like Gwen with long middles:
