It reminds me immediately of centenarian and senility.
Also Cenarion is the name of some things in World of Warcraft.
If you don't mind those things I think it is decent.
You could change it a little and still get Sen from it. Seneryan, sort of GoT style, lol. Doubling the N or the A - Sennarian, Senaarian - makes it look more like it is pronounced sen-NAHR-ree-un, which I personally think is more appealing.
