I do pronounce
Renard as reh-NARD and
Gerard as geh-rAHRD.
Bernard would be ber-nard... neither syllable stressed over the other.
I do know that some people say REY-nerd for
Renard, and I believe they say gerr-erd in
Ireland for
Gerard.
