I think Declan and Elliot go very well together. For twins especially I appreciate two names that are a bit unexpected together, but still work well.
If I had to name twins, I wouldn't try to name them as a pair, I'd just name them as I would any other two children. Today I'd go with:
Hope Marie and Elizabeth Claire
Patrick Garth and Jonathan Idris
Hope Marie and Patrick Idris
(all mns are honoring)
