Nah, not really mismatched because they're both so fashionable.
Seems like people either start out naming conservatively and gradually get more creative, or else they go the other way. So you get siblings that don't seem like they were chosen to match. I know a lot of sibsets that are less style-matched than Isabelle and Kellan.
I like Kellan pretty well, though it's not a favorite.
I wish Isabelle were Isabel.
