INSEE says Ezel has only been used in France since 2006, on girls. There's a wikipedia entry for a small list of bearers, who are all Turkish - no meaning given, but apparently it's unisex.
I've seen it as a Turkish male name, didn't know it was unisex.
I don't really like any of the combos but I like Zoelie and Margaux a lot.
