I like
Lia. I like that spelling best. I know a few Leahs and one of them is nine and pronounces her name LAY-a (based on Hebrew pronunciation, I think).
Young Leah is the one I've seen the most of, and I finally learned to say her name right - and now, I've started to read
Leah as LAY-a all the time. I struggle to remember it's usually LEE-a! So that kinda ruined the name
Leah for me - it's pretty but the prn is ambiguous.
Lia is sleek and informal and unambiguous. I like it. Although I would probably not use it - I'd kind of want it to be short for something. I also like
Andréa. But not Ayrton!
