The first things I thought of when I saw it were "lmao" "lame" and "family". I agree that it's awkward and weird.

Is it actually used as a first name? I thought it was just a brand...

Lammily is terrible, he could have gone with Nicole, Nicola, Nicolina or something not so similar to lame if he wanted something related to his name.
