I prefer the Swedish pronounciation, be-uh-TREES. The Italian pronounciation be-a-TREE-cheh is cute, too.

Hmm, I would say BEE-uh-trees in Swedish, that's the pronunciation I've heard the most. (But I have heard both) I wonder which of the two is more common ... Or maybe it's regional, like Viola seems to be?
