Of those, if I had to choose one, it would be Julianna. I think Julianna can be said on its own on an everyday basis, but if a nickname were absolutely necessary I'd go with Julie (no Jules!).

I once had the combo Julianna Lindsay in my Top 10, which I still think is pretty (I know Lindsay isn't terribly popular on BtN). I also think Julianna Maris would be lovely.

I feel like Julianna would fit in well with siblings Arthur, Edmund, Miranda, and / or Vivian.
