Hi Emily,
I think you have a lovely name, but you're right, it is quite popular! But I really do think that it isn't going to be so popular in a couple years, and there won't be so many Emilys running around! As to changing your name, I don't know if I'd do it, but since it's your name, change it if that's what you want to do :)
