I dislike the spelling, and would prefer Loanna though I suppose if that's how the original culture of use has chosen to spell it with the English alphabet then I would leave it alone.
It's okay. Kind of pretty. It appeals to me about as much as Luanna or Liana or Leanna.

I think I prefer Loanna too. I'll have to do some more research to make sure that's a legit variation on the spelling although I imagine it is.
