I was in an Norwegian forum, and a person mentioned the name Olias, instead of the popular
Elias. The person wrote that it was an old name used in Norway, but it seems like no one has the name these days..
I like it a lot, because I have always liked
Elias, but I am starting to get tired of it because "everyone" seems to use it. Olias even sound better to me. I kind of think about using it as a middlename to a maybe-future-kid because the child will get a norwegian forename that I think would be hard to pronounce in English.
The problem is that I have thought that if I got a second boy, I would name him
Tobias. And Olias and
Tobias are too close to me.. WDYT? About the name Olias? And do you also think it would be weird with brothers with middlename and forename that kind of rhymes perfectly?
