There's a
Norbert in my family. He's not super closely related but I know some family members would get a chuckle out of another younger Norb.
I like
Morton more, though. I work with a
Morton and it sounds normal and not exceptional in person.
Mort or
Morty are pretty dorky, IMO, but the full name sounds good (or at least good enough).
