It's okay - a bit frilly for my personal taste. I've known one ə-LIS-ee-ə and one ah-LEE-see-ə. The first one was English and annoying, the second is I think from Argentina & is very nice - and the way she says her name sounds much nicer to me, but it could be the attractive accent and infinitely better personality, ha.
Alyssa doesn't really appeal to me. I'd prefer Alice / Alys.
