No thank you.
I have no problem with modesty either as interpreted as humbleness or as dressing modestly (you can dress modestly and still be very stylish) but the sound itself is ugly, and the proper-nouning of it sounds like a brand name. Like an adult diaper or an undergarment for the obese or something to hold in hernias.

You're right about the brand name. I believe there are catheter brands with this name, and feminine hygiene products.
I don't know if they still have them ...
But there used to be a line of sanitary pads called Modess. I think it might have been pronounced Mode-ESS, but I can't be sure.
