I never really thought about Lotus as a fn. Surprisingly, I kind of like it. :-)
Lotus Elena is gorgeous. I'd avoid any mn that was also a noun, especially a botanical one. How about:

Lotus Amarante / Amaranthe
Lotus Mira
Lotus Olivia
