Recently I read somewhere in our local press of twins (f) with these unconventionally, very uniquely FN's.
On "closer examination", I should say, that isn't half bad!
Apart from spelling (too heavy on z's), any impression(s)/opinion(s)about?
(In Italy, they would be called Emerenzia & Crescenzia, in Spain Emerencia & Crescencia, in Late Roman Emerentia & Crescentia)
