Love Massimo. It's so fun to say out loud. And the nn Moe / Max makes Massimo very usable, at least here in the U.S. There was a minor character in "The wedding Planner" with the name. It made the movie bearable.

Btw, a feminine variant, Maxima, is great too. It's not Italian, if that's what you're into, at least modern Italian. But it is note worthy.
