Not so long ago, someone posted a thread about names ending in -dora, and
Minodora was mentioned. Unfortunately, it just reminded me of a minotaur.
Menodora, the Greek original, reminded me of menopause, but I really liked the idea of a name meaning "moon gift."
I was talking to my DH about it and he suggested Lunadora. While I love the meaning, it's a bit too out-there for a name, let alone on an actual child. Inspired by
Caprice's post of Chiarastella / Clarastella, I decided to bring it up here.
WDYTO Lunadora? Would you choose a different combination for the meaning 'moon gift'?
