Yes, it is popular :/ At least it seems to be losing its popularity now. I don't think she would necessarily be a Lily P. or something like that. It is falling rather quickly. I was surprised to see that it is out of the top 20 and falling, I actually think by the time I have children (maybe 5 years or so) it will be out of the top 50.

It's falling in England too (where I'm based) but still at #13. For me, where I live, it's still quite current and you hear it a lot, especially in double-barrel combinations too.

Yes, I think it was more common in England overall. I think it's popularity is just going down very recently so right now you still hear it a lot. I actually like Lily-Rose :P But I won't do it, it is just bound to age a lot worse than Lily and I am not a fan of hyphens.
