No.
Snow - maybe, at a push, in the middle name with a very good reason behind it (e.g. baby was born in a snowdrift / parents met snowed in at the pub etc).
But Snowflake is too much *white kitten*.
That being said... When I commuted to University in my first year, I used to see some wildly beautiful sunsets across the fields, it was like the sky was on fire. And this got me thinking about a name Firesky - beautiful with a hint of danger... Maybe for a dystopian heroine.
