I like it well enough in theory...until I think of the Forest Gump association and the teasing that could result.

I like it, but would never use it because of the Forrest Gump association. He was a sweet, caring, fun guy but people don't think about that, they think about how he was an "idiot" (their words not mine) and named after a member of the KKK.

I love it! I prefer Forest over Forrest. It has a pleasant sound and it's wholesome and serene to me.
I prefer to see it as a first name but it makes a wonderful middle name as well.
A favorite combo of mine is Darcy Forest.
