Celia didn't mean star, it meant "heaven." And remember that spelling has only been a "set" thing for everyday words since the 1700s. In medieval times, the word was frequently spelled "starr", as is shown by the fact that Starr is by far the most common spelling of the English surname that is based on this word. :)
