I didn't even think of "secretion" until I just read it. :-(
I had a great-aunt names Lucretia; though almost everyone called her Lucy or "Luce." I imagine Lucretia was just her "in trouble name," lol! I think she was named after an aunt back in Italy named Lucrezia.
As a name in the 21st century I think it's a bit much, even for east coast hipsters.
