Love it! I think Dot and Dottie are both cute. (Dolley is also a GP of mine probably because of Dolley Madison, but I'd never use it.)
Dorothy Grace is really nice. It doesn't "wow" me but I think it's pretty.

I'm really excited about it. My friend likes some old fashioned names and some more modern names (there doesn't seem to be much of a theme going in her style- and definitely not a name nerd) and she and her husband adore Dorothy (and all the potential nicknames) but are a little worried about it being perceived as "old" by others. Their initial mn choice was going to be Mae (honoring name) but they worried it made Dorothy seem too old sounding. I suggested Grace because it's a very "now" middle name and they fell in love with the combo. So while the name nerd in me would prefer to push a more interesting mn, Grace has made Dorothy feel super comfortable for them.
