Hi !!!
1 Yes I really like Ophélie. It is soft but shining. Shy but tryumphant at the same time.
2 It is better than THE ENGLISH PR. Of Ophelia but it is worse than the pronounce oh-PHEH-lyah.
3 I pronounce it as in French so stressing the -lie end.
4 An English person could prpnounce it without problems imo.
5 Lia is horrible. How about Felie? ^^
