I like it, but wouldn't know how to pronounce it right away. If that's a concern then it might be an issue.

I used to really like this name a lot. Now not too much.
At one point, Guinevere was my favorite name. It's rare but still recognizable, since the legend of King Arthur is still largely in the public conscious (mainly through movies and TV shows nowadays). And I do like "Gwynne / Gwen" as nicknames.
Currently, though, this is a middle name in my Top 10, for the combo Raquel Guinevere. I think it's a pleasant surprise to find as a middle.

I love Guinevere and would use it happily if it weren't too plebian for my DH.

We know three girls named Guinevere and He considrs it "too common" My Dh kills me, sometimes. :)
