You type in "Loki" in the search, click on "Loki popularity search", and there it is! Be sure you have it set so the chart shows times used.

I don't know if you can get it on the chart (weird) but if you go to this page, and click the "Times Used" bubble, it'll show in the chart:

FWIW, 92 boys in the US named Loki in 2016 as well.
