Check out the comments on the name, Pnina is a common variant and in Hebrew it's pronounced p'nee-na (short space between p and n). Since it's not common in English speaking countries, you could probably get away with pronouncing it peh-nee-nah. That's how I pronounce it, since my first introduction to it was via Pnina Tornai.
