Longer than it needs to be. Would shorten to Lina. I far prefer Paula, but not enough to use.

Seems a little dated in a not-quite-ready-to-come-back-yet way. Paulette or Pauletta might sound a bit fresher, though they still seem a bit stale. It's not a terrible name, though.
