The only ones that are readily usable are Athena and, of course, Diana.
Some that are usable, but take more guts:
Apollo
Apollonia (though people would think you're a Prince fan)
Hecate
Hera (used to be a favorite of mine)
Pandora
The others are rather "out there," perhaps even for modern Greece (though you'd have to ask a Greek for confirmation).
