In this count-along CAF, the couple has eight children.
Flip a coin (http://www.virtualcointoss.com) for the children’s genders. Heads for a boy, tails for a girl.
Roll a d12 (https://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm) for the name.
Let’s say you have a girl, and you roll a 12. Count along 12 for the first name, and her first name is Matilda. And let’s say you roll a 3 after that. Count on 3 from Matilda, and her middle name is Josephine, and so on for the next child. If you get to the end of the namebank, loop back to the beginning.
