I like it in principle. It's nice and flowing, pretty and princess-y. So if that's what you want from a name, perfect. It could be shortened to Ellie, which is very popular so Eliana wouldn't stand out too much (and it's probably why I couldn't use it because my sister is Ellie) but if you wanted Eliana has other nickname potentials such as Lia, Liana, Elia or Ana.
