It's kind of cute but also kind of dorky. Winnie could definitely make a comeback even though it's not my cup of tea. I think especially in England where nickname names are common. Winifred, I'm not sure about that...the 'fred' part might put some people off. It's cute but I wouldn't like to be named Winifred myself. I would like to see it on someone else. Winifred Josephine

Winifred Susannah is really lovely, it sounds very summery to me. doesn't break the dork mold so much as the other combos, but that makes me like it more.

It's coming back in the US. In 2006 there were only 27 born, and in 2016 there were 159. On the chart by 2020, maybe.

That is interesting! :) I could see more people using it. I just don't really think it will become very common (as in making the top 100) but maybe I am wrong. I would like to see it used more, it's definitely nicer to me than some top 10 names.
