The year is 1173, and King Samuel and Queen Adeliza of the House of Montague have just welcomed their fourth child, a daughter they named Eleanor. She joins her older brothers and sister: Samson, Annabelle, and Charles. Samson is the "ideal" royal child, taking to his studies and training with a sense of dedication not often seen on boys his age. Charles, however, Samuel and Adeliza can already tell, is going to join his mischievous older sister in shenanigans around the castle.
