—Not at all. Would never make the connection between a common name like Phillip (Greek for “friend of horses”) and .... that. Of course ancient languages are one of my special interests, so maybe that’s why? But I don’t think they sound similar.
—Yes, but that’s not really a bad thing? Honestly I try to avoid the whole royal family thing but *so many* people want to talk about them that it really is just kind of inescapable.
—Eh, not really. Philip is a good classic and wouldn’t seem out of place, even though it’s not really “on trend” anymore. And I personally would much rather see Philip than something “current” like Paysyn or Kyngslee or so on.
