I love Timmy as a nickname! I'm really fond of "boyish" nicknames for female names, e.g. Eddy (Edeline / Edwina), Thom (Thomasin / Thomasina), Theo (Theodora / Theodosia / Theolinda), Bill (Wilhelmina / Sibilla).
